Bad Company Tactical shall not be held liable for any damages that result from the use of, performance of, or inability to use, the products on this site. **The retention systems should be introduced slowly into your shooting routine. Before using as a primary holster, we recommend gradually practicing to increase memory, time and speed. Practice will guarantee the operator will push the plunger down to release the lock before trying to deploy the weapon.. All firearms should be cleared before attaching Retention Systems.
If the product was mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bad Company Tactical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If product has been paid, Bad Company Tactical will refund the money by either mailing out a refund money order or issue a credit to the credit card that was used. Bad Company Tactical will contact the customer, by email, to inform them of these changes.
Bad Company Tactical will not refund items or training. We will exchange R2S defective items for the same item, within 30 days of purchase, upon approval from Bad Company Tactical supervisors. Defective products are defined by production/machining errors, not purchaser's operator error.
